We only use Styrofoam wine shipping containers for maximum insulation from the weather and for best protection against breakage.

The common carriers we use are UPS or Fedex for maximum reliability.

If there is a damage claim due to damage caused by the common carrier, we do not wait until we are refunded by the carrier. We quickly replace, exchange or refund the money to you.

In addition to shipping fees, there is a 1% insurance fee that will be based on the total price of the wine. This 1% insurance fee only covers damage caused in transport by the common carrier and NOT any damage caused by weather conditions.

An adult signature is required for delivery. We highly recommend shipping to where you are located during normal business hours. This will ensure prompt delivery of your wine.
